We really take into consideration not only the technical skills required but also the personality specification: thus ensuring that you only employee individuals that area a true fit for your organisation.

After a careful and thorough selection and interview process we present you with a shortlist of no more than three candidates (unless specifically asked otherwise). Prior to interview all candidates are fully briefed to make your meeting concise and smooth.
