When you register with Pink we pride ourselves on really getting to know you and understand what makes you "tick". We always ask that you register with us in person. Online internet registration maybe quick and simple but without you meeting your consultant, or they meeting you, that vital personality assessment cannot be made.

Your consultant will go through your career to date, finding out your achievements, your rationale behind prior moves and your future aspirations. You will receive constructive appraisal on your cv and on your interview technique ensuring you maximise your opportunity to make the right first impression. Your consultant will offer frank and candid advice and opinion all aimed at making you aware of strengths and weaknesses that will assist in the future. When talking to you about specific opportunities you will receive as much information as possible in assisting you in a decision to apply for the role. We firmly believe in giving you the choice and under no circumstances will you be talked into applying for a position you are unsure about.

As the process moves forward if selected for short-listing and then interview, you will receive a thorough briefing beforehand to ensure you are best placed to perform at your best. You will always receive honest and genuine feedback after your interview whether positive or not.
