Our client, based just north of Oxford, is seeking to appoint an individual with a background in stock accounting to this key position. Your role will include the following responsibilities: inventory reconciliations; stock obsolescence provisions; physical reconciliation and valuation of stock; transit accounts; variance analysis; VAT and tax schedule preparation and other related duties. This role will offer exposure to many different areas within the organisation, so strong inter-personal and communication skills are vital. To apply for this position you must demonstrate prior experience of stock/inventory accounting. Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
